We understand that switching roof systems or installing a new product can often seem a daunting exercise. For this reason, Warmer Roof offer all new trade customers onsite assistance on their first order. A Warmer Roof representative will attend site, guide the trade installers through the process and answer any questions to ensure a smooth installation with the opportunity to gain key knowledge for future installations. Our representative will not participate in any physical installation for health and safety reasons and will be on site until the ‘roof structure’ is in place and watertight.
Site assistance must be requested at point of order. A Site Assist Form must be completed in full and submitted.
